Terms of service
These terms govern use of the Private AI website and public demonstration.
Lawful use
Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass limits, disrupt availability, access protected systems or submit content you have no right to process.
Public demonstration
The public chat is an evaluation environment. Do not enter confidential, personal, regulated or commercially sensitive information.
Commercial implementations
Hosting, hardware, support, data handling, pricing and service levels are governed by a separate written agreement.
Liability
AI output and the public demonstration are provided without guarantees. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Acceptance and scope
By visiting this website, requesting a Blueprint, using a demonstration, installing software or commissioning services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, software or services. Separate signed agreements prevail where they conflict with these public terms.
Experimental software and no warranties
Private AI, its demonstrations, automations, agents and related software are experimental and supplied “as is” and “as available”. No guarantee is made regarding accuracy, completeness, security, availability, uninterrupted operation, fitness for purpose, results, compatibility or freedom from defects. Features, access and support may be changed, restricted or discontinued.
Your responsibility and human oversight
You remain solely responsible for every instruction, decision, message, file, integration and action made with or by a system you use, including automated actions you enable. Review important or irreversible actions before execution, maintain suitable permissions and backups, secure your hardware and accounts, and comply with all laws that apply to you.
Financial and trading use
Nothing provided is financial, investment, tax or trading advice. If you use any output, automation or custom integration for crypto, securities, forex or other financial activity, you do so entirely at your own risk. Markets can cause partial or total loss, leveraged products can exceed the initial deposit, and past or simulated performance is not predictive. The operator is not liable for trading loss, missed profit, delayed or incorrect market data, exchange outages or automated execution.
Third-party services and costs
Models, APIs, messaging services, hosting, exchanges and other integrations are operated by third parties. Their availability, terms, output and security are outside our control. API, hosting, hardware, energy, domain and other third-party costs are yours unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Data, security and backups
Do not submit information you are not authorised to process. You are responsible for backups, retention choices, credentials, API-key permissions, server hardening and access control. Local operation can improve control but does not itself guarantee security, privacy compliance or certification. We are not liable for loss, corruption, disclosure or unavailability of data to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Custom work, ownership and support
Unless explicitly transferred in a signed agreement, source code, designs, systems and intellectual property remain with their owner and the client receives only the agreed right of use. Scope, delivery, support, maintenance, updates, service levels and fees are limited to what is agreed in writing. Build speed does not create a right to discount, compensation or additional work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, business or data, or damage caused by reliance on output, automation, defects, downtime or third parties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Age, lawful use and indemnity
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of accepting these terms. You may not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, bypass safeguards or act for another person without authority. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims and costs arising from your unlawful use, content or instructions.
Changes, severability and governing law
Terms may change by publication of an updated version. Continued use after publication means acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the provision is interpreted as closely as legally possible to its purpose. These terms are governed by Dutch law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
